Cookie Policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the Goorita Send website uses cookies and similar technologies such as browser local storage.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website recognise your device between page visits. Local storage works in a similar way, but its data stays in your browser and is not sent to our servers automatically.

2. Cookies and Storage We Use

  • Session cookie (essential): keeps you signed in and keeps your order in progress as you move through the checkout steps. It expires when your session ends.
  • Security cookie (essential): the XSRF-TOKEN cookie protects forms and payments against cross-site request forgery.
  • Google reCAPTCHA (essential): used on the registration, login and password reset forms to tell real users from bots. Google may set its own cookies for this purpose.
  • Local storage (functional): remembers short-lived information in your browser, such as the shipment details you entered in the rate checker so you can continue creating the shipment, and the countdown before you can request a new OTP code.
  • Payment gateway (third party): Midtrans may set its own cookies on its payment pages when you pay online.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell information collected through cookies.

3. Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies and clear local storage in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in, check out or pay for an order.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
